Refund and Exchange Policy:

Solvr may, at its discretion, consider refund requests under certain conditions; however, we are not obligated to issue refunds in the following cases:

  1. 1-Year Guarantee: We provide a 1-year guarantee on all our products. Please note that this guarantee is void if the damage is caused by human error or misuse.

  2. Manufacturer Defects: If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

  3. Refund Period: Claim Window. Manufacturing defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. No refunds are issued for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect — this includes change of mind, business circumstances, third-party product or service delays (such as payment processor delivery or onboarding by separate companies), software configuration questions, or compatibility preferences. After the 7-day defect-claim window, we offer exchanges only.Deductions: For any refunds processed, a 3% payment processing fee and applicable shipping costs (based on the destination) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  4. Product Return Condition: It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product in the same condition it was received. Failure to do so will render the refund request null and void.

  5. Lifetime Warranty on POS screens, covering manufacturing defects or failures. This warranty applies only to the screen itself and excludes other components like printers and scanners. It is limited to one screen replacement every two years, with shipping costs for returning the defective screen paid by the client. Replacement screens will be shipped at no additional cost. Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. For claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
